A couple of months ago, I posted about Moda’s wonderful feature that allows you to download fabric swatches for import into your favorite quilting design software (like EQ6). What I didn’t talk about was the other part of it – their Fabricmatcher service. See, you don’t have to have quilt design software to play with Moda’s fabric! Their website has a cool tool for “coloring” a quilt using actual fabrics. You can choose one of their patterns, add fabrics to your virtual stash, then color in the pieces. You can save your virtual stash and projects for future reference. It’s free to play, so check it out!
