Four-Lily Block Tutorial

Be sure to check out P’s tutorial for the Four-Lily block over at her blog, The Way I Sew It! If you’ve ever wanted to make a block using templates and curves, this is a great one to try.

She’ll be offering the full quilt pattern for sale very soon, but if you hop over there now you’ll be able to download the block templates and view her step by step tutorial. The templates will be available for free for a limited time. Check out the first post:

You can read the story of this quilt here. I was lucky enough to contribute to this quilt – after Paulette found her grandmother’s quilt top, she looked everywhere for a name for the block. When we couldn’t find one, I drew it up in EQ7 for her, and sent the templates. She made the gorgeous quilt top, I quilted it, and the rest is history!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I try to reply to every comment, but sometimes it takes a few days. And sometimes, well... it has been known to drop off the radar. I'm easily distracted by shiny things.
